Conditioning Club

The Conditioning Club is focused on helping kids be active and have good times after school. Our club meets every Wednesday from 3:10 to 4:10 pm. The club also helps students get in shape in order prepare for any after school sports. At conditioning Club we do a variety of different running. We work on long distance running as well as sprinting. Students also have the opportunity to learn the basics or wrestling as well as play dodgeball, We encourage any and all students to join.
